Operator and content ownership
TeamBoard is operated by Bineyes. Workspace content remains owned by its owners and is processed to provide the service under the terms and privacy policy.
Access and roles
Manage members, roles, and permissions. Give people the access needed for their work, review membership as the team changes, and do not share login credentials.
Hosting and service providers
The privacy policy describes necessary sharing with infrastructure, storage, and payment providers. If you require a specific hosting location or data-processing terms, request written details before purchase.
Export, retention, and copies
Review data extraction and access after account closure in the terms. Keep copies of important work and ask the team to clarify available export, backup, and recovery options for your needs.
